| "Sun Dog" is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath summer home with spectacular views overlooking Polpis Harbor. It is very private, with a 4 minute walk to the Harbor. Nearest beaches are two miles away at either Pocomo Point or Sesachacha Pond. Town of "Sconset is 4 miles away and Nantucket is 6 miles. There's a Shuttle Bus Stop just up the road.
While there are enough beds to sleep 6, it is really an ideal house for 4 or less people. Some bedrooms are lofts and have spiral stairway access so families with young children may not find it ideal. It is a great, fun, bright and airy house.
